So, I'll just list some things that I would consider checking to resolve the issue. ![]() ![]() My concern is that it won't fix your issue though because for some reason 2013 isn't seeing your files. You can do this again to reinstall it if you need to. Select "Not Available" for OneNote and that should remove it. Click Next, and you have the options to customize what programs exist. Right click on "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010" and select "Change". Go into Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features. You can do this without uninstalling the entire office suite. But that wouldn't make sense if 2013 is set to the defaults.Īnyway, the most blatant option is to remove OneNote 2010. My thought is the most likely cause would be that 2010 is setup to save somewhere other than OneDrive, but 2013 is forced to save in OneDrive since that's a free restriction. They should be saved on OneDrive and both 20 should read the files saved there. It shouldn't matter if it's online or offline as long as they are configured identically.
